Lake LaVerne Project

Lake LaVerne project – Green Initiative Fund The Lake LaVerne project was funded last year through the Green Initiatives Fund. Women in STEM Initiative During the week of International Women’s Day, this project aims to recognize incredible women in STEM across the Iowa State community. During the 2018-2019 school year, the committed honored 10 faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students with banners in Parks Library as well as a speech from President Wendy Wintersteen.
