What we do?
Our goal is to empower students to feel comfortable expressing themselves and their ideas.
Develop and implement nonpartisan ideas and initiatives to promote student’s political involvement.
Inform students about local and federal elections.

Promote a strong feeling of community in Ames and Iowa State University
Member Responsibilities:
An At-Large member will attend weekly committee meetings and will help in the development and implementation of various initiatives.
They are free to propose any cool events or initiatives they would like, or they can help others with initiatives.
Goals for the committee:
I hope to continue the political base of the committee by hosting many voter registration and political information sessions throughout the year. I also hope to further improve the committee’s community involvement by promoting more events that are relevant to the Iowa State community and Ames in general.
