My name is Nikki Latimer and I am a junior at ISU from Orange County, California. I am involved in a lot around campus and love learning through every opportunity I’ve been given. I am in the College of Human Sciences Council, Secretary for Pre-Occupational Therapy Club, an undergraduate assistant for a Neurophysiology Lab, a peer mentor, a yoga teacher for recreation services and am involved in greek life! I love meeting new people, anything to do with the outdoors, and most of all, ISU!
I am so passionate about maximizing student’s undergraduate experience here at Iowa State University in every way possible. My goals include trying to address issues to create the most engaging environment for students inside and outside the classroom. I would first enact this by designing student engagement opportunities within campus programs, personal interactions and intentional collaborations to provide a positive experience with a higher student satisfaction rate.
