Hi everyone! My name is Kelsey Culbertson, and I am a fifth year senior majoring in Environmental Science. This is my third year as a CALS Senator in Student Government. In the past I have served as the Vice Speaker, Public Relations Vice Chair, and been on the Rules and Civic Engagement Committees. Besides Student Government, I am also involved in the Suicide Awareness Organization, and the Student Community Planners.
This year my major goal to pass on all that I have learned in my time at Iowa State, and uplift my fellow Student Government leaders. I would love to spend my time assisting others in their projects and goals. A few of my side projects include starting a Student Care and Wellness Fund, creating a Farmer's Market on campus, and continuing to break down the stigmas that exist with mental health.
