Hey y'all! My name is Elena Hoffman, I am from San Antonio Texas, and I am a senior studying GRS with minors in Women and Genders studies and sustainability. I have spent my three years at Iowa State being involved in different parts of campus from my work as a community advisor at Friley hall to being a member of the university orchestra. This previous year I was a member of the Diversity and Inclusion committee where I was able to get real experience of the work that this committee does. I am excited to see all the possibilities that this coming year will offer and the chance to interact with students from all over campus!
My goals for the committee this year is to continue working on some of the projects that were spearheaded last year as well as continuing to engage more students through our work.
